Booking Terms & Conditions Please note that full payment is required upfront for all services. All payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment by logging into your account and managing your bookings. If you don’t have an account, create one using the same email address as your original booking. If you're unable to reschedule online, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. For courses, workshops, and group events, spaces are limited and carefully prepared for, so bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else with prior notice. If an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by Erin’s Energy Work, you’ll be offered a refund or the option to transfer to a future date. Participation & Wellbeing Please arrive on time so we can honour the shared space and the group experience. Late arrival may mean you miss part of the session. All offerings are voluntary and you are encouraged to participate at your own comfort level. You are responsible for caring for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing before, during, and after your session or event.
